Sometimes, a beginning is simply making room for a question. What else might be here? What else might be possible?

Before becoming a therapist,
I had questions of my own.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in research and consumer insights at ByteDance, Nielsen, and Rogers Sports & Media. Later, when I reached a crossroads in my career, I began asking myself: What do I really want? What kind of life feels right for me?
My own experience of therapy changed how I understood myself and helped me see possibilities I hadn’t considered before. That experience, alongside my longstanding curiosity about people, led me toward psychotherapy.
In our work together, I hope you feel understood and discover something new about yourself. Together, we can explore what has shaped who you are today, and the possibilities within you that are yet to be seen and explored.
What we can explore · 03
You don’t need a clear label for what you’re experiencing. These are some of the concerns we can talk about together.
Overthinking, persistent worry, difficulty switching off, and feeling stretched by everyday demands.
Sadness, loneliness, feeling stuck, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
Communication difficulties, conflict, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, and recurring relationship patterns.
Feeling not good enough, perfectionism, comparison, self-doubt, and finding it hard to recognize your own needs.
Understanding who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live—including when life looks fine on the outside but doesn’t feel that way.
Workplace pressure, feeling depleted, questioning your career, changing roles, and uncertainty about what comes next.
Navigating different cultural expectations, adapting to a new place, questions of belonging, and tensions between personal and family values.
Family expectations, experiences from growing up, parenting pressures, shifting responsibilities, and patterns you hope to understand differently.
Not sure where your experience fits? You’re welcome to ask whether working together might be a good fit.

You can bring the things that feel difficult to explain, the reactions that surprise you, or a question you haven’t quite found the words for.
I want our conversations to feel safe enough for you to speak openly, without worrying about being judged or corrected. We can take time to understand your experience before deciding what to explore next.
Together, we may notice recurring patterns, explore emotions that have had little room to be expressed, and consider how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you respond today.
As your understanding develops, we can explore other ways of relating to yourself and others. There is room for new experiences and small steps, at a pace that makes sense for you.
I draw on different therapeutic approaches according to what we are exploring together, rather than expecting one method to fit every person.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, taking photos, reading, writing, and making bracelets. I occasionally pick up my guitar, too - though I wouldn’t call myself a musician.

At home, Deau Deau (兜兜) brings a different kind of adventure. This expression deserves its own caption.
